We were chuffed when Carnival asked us to develop – from concept to end design and delivery – an incentivised cruise booking campaign for UK travel agents. As one of the main sales points for the season was onboard credit for passengers who booked during the period, we felt that the travel agents deserved some credit too and so, ‘Credit where credit’s due’ was born! The campaign gave agents the chance to win pre-loaded credit cards up to a whopping value of £1000 when they booked a P&O Cruises or Cunard cruise and the sales team had pre-loaded Costa Coffee cards to give away to get them started. A series of materials was designed and developed by Ministry of Fish – including press ads, emailers and direct mail. We were extremely happy to hear that the campaign did the trick!
